You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA by installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise use of the SOFTWARE. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the AUTHOR be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the SOFTWARE, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. COMMERCIAL USE. Commercial use of the SOFTWARE is strictly prohibited. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, making profit from an application depending on the SOFTWARE to operate correctly. HEADER FILES. You may customize and add your own routines by modifying the Header Files to design, develop and test your Application, but what is already there should not be modified or deleted. You may also reproduce and distribute the Header Files in object code form along with any modifications you make to them. Redistribution, public use or otherwise making publicly available the Header Files or any of their contents is strictly prohibited. DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS. Distribution or sale of the SOFTWARE on digital media such as Floppy Disks, DVD Discs, CD Discs and other transferable or removable media without the consent of the AUTHOR is prohibited.
